Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) chicken, boneless and skinned
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    1 soup can milk
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots or 1 can peas
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Grease baking pan.
    Sprinkle rice over bottom.
    Heat soup with milk.
    Pour over rice.
    Place chicken pieces evenly in pan.
    Place pats of butter on top of chicken.
    Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika over all.
    Seal pan with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
