Homemade Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. tomatoes or juice
    1 (15 oz.) can red beans
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Add chili powder and milk.
    Mix well.
    Add flour, juice and beans.
    Stir well.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
