Spinach Madeline - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 tsp. celery salt
salt to taste
6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
red pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook and drain spinach.
Reserve 1/2 cup liquor.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add onions.
Cook until soft and clear.
Add flour. Cook smooth but not brown.
Add seasonings.
Add cheese.
Cut into small squares.
Add cooked spinach.
If too dry, add liquor from spinach.
Put buttered bread crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
