Potato Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. shortening
2 yeast packets
10 to 12 c. flour
4 tsp. salt
4 c. warm water
2 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation

In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except flour. Gradually add flour and knead.
Place in warm area, covered, and let rise.
Put into 3 loaf pans. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven until done.
