Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    8 oz. grated Cheddar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Thaw hash browns.
    Mix all ingredients except crumbs.
    Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
