Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix together pecans and coconut.
Sprinkle in greased 10 x 13-inch pan.
Make cake mix according to directions.
Pour cake mix over pecans and coconut.
Beat together cream cheese, oleo, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Spread over top of cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Rich and no frosting.
