Tangy Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 c. (16 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
    1 (7 oz.) envelope Italian salad dressing mix
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except nuts, mixing well.
    Shape into 2 balls and coat with pecans.
    Chill 8 hours.
    Serve at room temperature.
    Yield: 4 1/2 cups.
