Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
    2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
    dash ginger
    salt to taste
    2 medium green peppers, cut into chunks
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
    1/2 cup beef broth
Preparation
    Makes 4 servings.
    To cook by microwave:
    Heat oil in 12x8-inch dish at medium-high 2 minutes.
    Add steak, soy sauce, and ginger. Cook at medium-high 5 to 6 minutes; stir once.
    Season with salt and stir in peppers and onions.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Cook at medium-high 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until vegetables are tender crisp.
    Blend cornstarch with broth until smooth.
    Stir into dish. Cook at medium-high 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until sauce is thickened; stir once.
