Mexican-Style Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1 (16 oz.) can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    2/3 c. salsa
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
    2 egg whites, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
    Put mixture into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan that has been sprayed with release agent.
    Press mixture to remove air pockets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    If using glass baking pan, bake at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
