Brandied Fruit Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 (1/2-inch) pork loin chops
    salt and pepper
    2/3 c. peach slices
    2/3 c. pineapple chunks
    2/3 c. orange marmalade
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    4 orange slices
    4 lime slices
    4 maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Cook pork chops in oil over medium heat until lightly browned.
    Turn and cook until browned well and meat is no longer pink.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Remove chops and keep warm, drain drippings.
    Combine peaches, pineapple, marmalade and brandy in skillet.
    Cook and stir until heated. Spoon over chops.
    Top with orange and lime slices and cherries.
