Poor Man'S Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
    2 c. celery
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 can chicken gumbo soup
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can water
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in butter.
    Combine the first 3 ingredients together and mix with the soup, rice and water.
    Pour into casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
