Potatoes Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, cooked and peeled
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in small amount of salted water until tender. Drain and refrigerate overnight (covered).
    Grate cold potatoes coarsely.
    Mix in remaining ingredients and bake in a shallow pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
