Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and shortening as for pie dough.
Reserve 1 cup crumbs for topping.
Add egg and sour milk to which the soda has been stirred.
Mix and pour into two 8-inch pans. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
