Rainbow Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. biscuit mix
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    1 c. fruit cocktail, drained
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix biscuit mix and sugar; add egg and milk.
    Mix until just blended.
    Gently stir in fruit cocktail.
    Spoon into greased or lined muffin pans.
    Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over tops.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 9.
