Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    3/4 c. butter
    6 to 8 green onions, chopped
    3 cans beef consomme
    2 cans water
    2 c. rice
Preparation
    Saute rice in butter in large skillet.
    Add mushrooms and onion.
    Cook until tender; add consomme and water.
    Stir well in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
