Beef Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 small red pepper, cubed
    1 small green pepper, cubed
    1 medium onion, cut into wedges
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 c. beef broth
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown beef, peppers and onions in large skillet.
    Add tomatoes, broth and seasonings.
    Bring to a full boil, breaking up tomatoes with edge of spoon.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork.
