German Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 cut up potatoes
    1 medium onion
    2 bay leaves
    3 ribs celery, diced
    1/4 c. oleo
    milk*
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, cook potatoes, bay leaves, celery and whole onion until potatoes are soft.
    Drain and take onion and bay leaves out.
    Mash potatoes with hand masher.
    Add oleo and eggs; stir with masher.
