Chicken Marsala(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flour and butter
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken breasts
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 to 3/4 c. Marsala wine
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    parsley
Preparation
    Flour chicken lightly.
    Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet.
    Saute 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
    Add salt and pepper. Lightly brown chicken, adding more butter if needed.
    Remove chicken.
    Add 1 tablespoon butter.
    Saute mushrooms and garlic for 3 minutes.
    Add wine and broth.
    Bring to boil.
    Return chicken to pan.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add parsley.
