Vinaigrette Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 or 2 cloves crushed garlic (or 1 tsp. garlic powder)
    2 pkg. Equal or Sweet & Low or Sweet Thing
    2 tsp. chopped pimiento (optional)
    1 Tbsp. chopped pickle relish (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, pour into a jar with tight fitting lid. Shake well before serving. Chill and serve over salad. The combination of water and wine vinegar can be changed to your own taste. Also, can use 1 pkg. sweetener, according to your own taste. This is fat free, sugar free and good! It makes the lettuce or other salad greens so crispy and tasteful.
