Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked according to directions and drained well
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together in mixing bowl.
    Pour into buttered casserole.
    Can be made the day before and refrigerated.
    Before baking, sprinkle about 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix on top.
    Cover well with stuffing mix but do not stack it.
    Bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
