Ingredients

Minute rice
eggs
celery
soy sauce
curry
salt and pepper
boneless chicken
Preparation

Four hours before preparing this, pepper and salt chicken. Marinate in soy sauce.
This can also be done the night before. Cook enough rice for your family according to the package.
Brown the chicken until done.
Add to rice.
Add slightly cooked, sliced celery and fried eggs.
Mix all together.
Add curry until rice is yellow looking.
Serve hot.
Great with Peanut Butter Sauce.
