Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco (butter flavored)
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 c. milk
    7 oz. can flaked coconut
Preparation
    Cream
    shortening
    and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well
    after
    each addition.
    Beat at high speed for 10 minutes.
    Add
    flour,
    baking
    powder, salt, coconut flavoring and milk.
    Fold
    in coconut and place in a cold oven.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
