Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz) can okra, drained
    4 (16 oz) cans red beans, drained
    3 (4 oz) cans stems and pieces mushrooms, drained & chopped
    1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
    3 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes
    1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
    2 (14.5 oz) cans chicken broth
    3 large cloves garlic, pressed
    1 c. rice, cooked
    2 (14 oz) pkg. Healthy Choice smoked sausage, sliced diagonally
    1 1/2 c. onions, diced fine
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped medium
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. Tony Chacheres Creole (Cajun) seasoning
    1 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
    1/2 c. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    In a large stockpot put the okra, red beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic Creole seasoning, tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, parsley flakes, pepper and 1 can of chicken broth.
    Cover and place over low heat. When mixture starts to simmer add the sliced smoked sausage.
