Minced Beef Chiarello - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. filet mignon, diced
1 oz. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, diced
2 mushrooms, sliced
dry sherry
Preparation

Combine meat, garlic and mushrooms and saute until meat is browned and mushrooms are soft.
Add sherry (if desired), salt and pepper and continue to saute for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Makes 4 servings.
