Whole Wheat Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. honey
2/3 c. margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. maple extract
5 tsp. baking powder
3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation

Combine
liquids;
add
dry
ingredients
and mix until moist. Fill
greased
muffin pans 2/3 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Add fruit or nuts to batter, if desired.
