Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Saute garlic in oleo in small pan until tender.
    Stir in cornstarch, salt and pepper.
    Add milk, stirring well.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until mixture thickens.
    Remove sauce and set aside.
