Cranberry Jelly(Fun For Thanksgiving And Christmas) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cranberries (1 lb. fresh)
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Wash 4 cups
    cranberries
    well.
    Boil
    2 cups water and pour over cranberries
    in
    cooking
    pot.
    Let
    come to a boil, covered. Reduce heat
    and boil slowly for 20 minutes, mashing and stirring.
    Mash
    through
    wire strainer to remove seed and skins. Boil pulp and
    juice for 3 minutes covered.
    Stir in 2 cups sugar and bring
    to
    a boil.
    Boil for 2 minutes.
    Remove heavy skum and pour into mold (2 quart mold).
