Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. low-fat or nonfat plain yogurt
3 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves or use tarragon vinegar
chopped green pepper and/or pimento, celery and onion to taste
Preparation

Blend salt, mustard, sugar, lemon juice and vinegar with yogurt.
Combine vegetables and tarragon leaves. Stir in dressing. Chill.
