Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. onions, chopped
    2 oz. butter
    10 oz. cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. quick cooking rice
    3/4 c. milk
    12 oz. broccoli, chopped
    4 oz. canned mushrooms
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. coarse crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Saute onions in 2 ounces butter; mix with soup, rice, milk, broccoli, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
    Pour into buttered casserole.
    Combine crumbs, cheese and melted butter.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
