Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. elbow or shell macaroni
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese (block)
    1 large yellow onion
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. Morton Nature's Seasons
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Dice cheese (1/2-inch dice) and finely chop onion.
    Set aside. Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Do not overcook! Drain pasta and return to cooking pot.
    Add milk, margarine and 1/2 of the cheese cubes.
    Gently stir until cheese begins to melt.
    Add remaining cheese, onion and Nature's Seasons.
    Stir gently, blending all ingredients.
    Add salt and pepper to taste, then cover the pot and let stand three or four minutes.
    Stir once more and serve.
