Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. corn meal
1 c. flour
3 eggs
2/3 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. red pepper
1 c. cream-style corn
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 bell pepper, chopped
buttermilk to right consistency
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan until brown.
