Joaney'S Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken wings
    1 (16 oz.) bottle soy sauce
    16 oz. water
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cut up wings.
    Combine soy sauce, water and garlic powder. Place wings in baking pan.
    Pour in liquid mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
