Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. frozen broccoli
1 c. shredded carrots
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. onions, minced
3/4 c. herb-seasoned croutons
Preparation

Thaw and drain frozen broccoli.
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350\u00b0 in a lightly greased casserole for less than 1 hour.
