Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. corn
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 well beaten eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except eggs.
    Beat eggs and fold in mixture.
    Place in greased casserole with lid.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes; turn down to 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until puffs up. (Bake until liquid is gone at top.)
