Shrimp Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. butter
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 zucchini, sliced in strips
    1 red or green pepper, sliced
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
Preparation
    Melt
    butter
    in
    oil.\tAdd
    lemon
    peel and garlic and simmer 1\tminute.
    Add zucchini and green/red peppers.
    Saute for 2
    to 3
    minutes.
    Add shrimp and mushrooms.
    Remove from heat.
    Place in\tfridge and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
    Return to\tstove.\tSaute
    mixture\tuntil shrimp are pink (about
    3 to 5 minutes).
    In the last few minutes stir in salt,
    pepper,
    basil, parsley
    and
    lemon juice.\tSpoon over cooked spaghetti and toss well.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
