Hominy San Juan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans white hominy
    1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Drain hominy and place in a saucepan.
    Add sour cream, chilies and cheese.
    Mix over low heat.
    Add salt.
    Place in an ungreased casserole and bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
