Sally'S Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. warm water (110~)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Mix yeast, water, sugar and salt in bowl.
    Stir in flour; knead dough.
    Roll into ropes for pretzels.
    Brush with beaten egg.
    Sprinkle salt.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes, on aluminum foil or cookie sheet.
