Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
6 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Soften margarine and cream cheese; blend until smooth.
Add sugar gradually.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift flour and baking powder together and add to cream mixture, about 1/3 cup at a time.
Add flavorings.
Bake in a well-greased 10-inch tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
Let stay in pan for 5 minutes, then turn out.
Cool on rack until cool.
