Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
    slices of American cheese
    salt to taste
    1 can cream soup (celery or chicken)
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat, green pepper and onion.
    Place layer of potatoes in baking dish, then 1/2 cream soup and layer of meat.
    Add other potatoes, cream soup and remainder of meat in layers. Top with cheese slices and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
