Toffee Treats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream
butter and sugar; add egg yolk and vanilla.
Mix well. Add
flour\tand
salt.
Mix
together
into dough.\tPat dough onto the surface of a 17 x 24-inch greased cookie sheet. Bake
at
375\u00b0 for
15
to 20 minutes.
Sprinkle on chocolate chips.
Put back in oven for 1 to 2 minutes.
