Impossible Taco Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope taco season mix
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese (approximately 4 oz.)
dairy sour cream
chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce (optional)
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Cook and stir ground beef and onion in a skillet until brown.
Drain. Stir in taco season mix.
Spread in plate and sprinkle with chilies.
Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth, about 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.
Pour on top of hamburger, onion and chilies.
Bake at 400\u00b0 about 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce if desired.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
