Jiffy Black Walnut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine or butter, softened
    2 c. flour, sifted and measured
    1 c. black walnuts (4 1/2 oz.)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    5 large eggs or 6 medium eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in electric mixer bowl in order given. Beat at high speed for 5 minutes.
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Don't chop nuts in advance.
    The mixer will do it for you.
