Favorite Meat Loaf(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, divided
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    2 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, brown sugar and mustard;
    set aside.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, onion, cracker crumbs, ground beef, salt and pepper. Add 1/2 cup tomato sauce mixture and stir.
    Place meat mixture in a glass ring mold or a 2-quart microwave-safe round casserole; pour remaining tomato sauce mixture over top of meat.
    Cook on High in microwave, uncovered, for 12 to 14 minutes; remove and let stand (covered) for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
