Chess Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 butter cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners sugar

Preparation

Mix cake mix, egg and butter; press into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix remaining ingredients with electric mixer; pour over cake mix crust.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 until light brown. Let cool before cutting.
