3/4 lb. ground beef
salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
1/4 to 1/2 c. ketchup or barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. minced onion
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
8 oz. can refrigerated biscuits
Preparation

Brown meat; season with salt, pepper and a little garlic salt. Drain fat.
Add ketchup or barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Roll out dough.
Place rolled dough into greased muffin cups, making sure dough goes up the sides.
Fill with cooked meat mixture and top with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
