Turkey Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground turkey
2 medium onions, chopped
2 large cans diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
2 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 diced bell pepper
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. oregano
chili powder
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper (Zatarain's)
1 large bay leaf
Preparation

Combine turkey and onions in Dutch oven.
Brown.
Drain fat. Add all other ingredients to the meat and onions.
Stir to blend. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Good by itself or over rice or baked potato.
