Crispy Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. quick cooking oats
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in brown sugar.
    With a spoon, blend in margarine, egg and vanilla.
    Mix thoroughly after each addition.
    Mix in oats, raisins and pecans.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
    Dip tops of balls in sugar.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet 3 inches apart.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until tops are brown.
    Makes 3 dozen.
