Party Special Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chickens, stewed and meat removed
2 c. celery
1 1/2 c. sour pickles
1 1/2 to 2 c. mayonnaise
4 hard-boiled eggs
salt to taste
Morton seasoning salt to taste
Preparation

Stew and pull meat from chickens or use enough parts to equal 2 whole chickens.
May select parts to taste, but remember, too much white meat will make your salad dry.
Cut up by hand into fine bits.
Cut up celery, pickles and hard-boiled eggs.
Mix together with mayonnaise (may use fat-free).
Season to taste. Keep refrigerated.
