Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1 egg
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Drain salmon in small bowl.
    To juice, add baking powder and set aside.
    Mix salmon, egg and onion until sticky.
    Stir in flour.
    Add juice and baking powder.
    Mix, make out patties and fry until golden brown.
