Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg
3 Tbsp. uncooked rice, washed
salt and pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 green pepper
1 large onion
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix well.
Make meat balls and put in casserole dish.
Saute in bacon fat the pepper and onion.
Add tomato soup and water. Pour over meat balls.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
